Russia has extended export quotas for ammonium nitrate

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution providing for the extension of quotas for the export of mineral fertilizers.

According to his statement, the quota for the export of ammonium nitrate will be increased by 375 thousand tons and sulfoammophos – by 102 thousand tons. As a result, the volume of export quotas will expand to 12 million tons. They will be valid until May 31 of this year.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has been entrusted with distributing quotas. They will not apply to the supply of mineral fertilizers to Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
