Kazakhstan began to produce fertilizers from coal

Scientists in the Karaganda region figured out how to use coal, which, due to oxidation and weathering, is not suitable for industrial use. Previously, it was stored in huge mountains. Now it has been turned into fertilizer.

Especially for the implementation of this project, a pilot plant was built at the Zapadny open pit. One shift of the plant can produce about 1.5 tons of humic fertilizers.

Before the launch of the project, scientists completed a lot of studies and all permits for the production of humic fertilizers were received.
